Shipping and delivery

Production runs 2–7 business days after you approve your proof, then transit on top. Shipping is quoted live to your address before you pay, and tracking arrives the moment your order ships.

How long an order takes

The clock that matters starts at proof approval, not at payment.

  1. Proof — emailed within one business day of payment. Nothing is decorated until you approve it, so the sooner you look at it, the sooner the run starts.
  2. Production — 2–7 business days from your approval. Larger runs and embroidery sit at the longer end.
  3. Transit — on top of production, and it depends on the service and the distance.

Decoration and shipping are handled by Printful at its US facilities. The blanks themselves are made by mills around the world — named on each product page — and are decorated in the US.

What shipping costs

Shipping is quoted live at checkout to the exact address you enter, before you pay. It is not a flat rate and it is not estimated from a table — it is the real rate for your parcel to your address. Sales tax shown alongside it is an estimate calculated on the destination from the same source. Both are shown to you before payment; nothing is added afterwards.

Tracking and parcels

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the order ships. Until then, the job page for your order shows where it stands.

An order with several product lines may ship in more than one parcel, and those parcels may arrive on different days — different items are decorated on different equipment and are released as they finish. You are not charged extra for a split shipment, and a partial delivery is not a missing order. If one parcel has not arrived a few days after the others, tell us.

International orders

We ship internationally, quoted live at checkout like any other address. Duties, customs charges and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in what you pay us — they are set by the destination country and collected by its customs authority or the carrier, usually on delivery. International transit is also less predictable than domestic, and customs can hold a parcel for reasons outside anyone’s control.

Getting the address right

The delivery address is yours to get right. Include the unit, suite or floor, and a phone number if the carrier is likely to need one. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will reship it to a corrected address, but reshipment is charged — see returns and refunds. Check the address on your order confirmation the day it arrives.

Event deadlines

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is out of our hands, and we will not promise a date we do not control.

So if you are ordering against a fixed date — a conference, an opening, a game — email us before you order at hello@merchfly.app with the date, the quantity and the products. We will confirm in writing whether it is achievable, and tell you plainly if it is not. That answer is free, and it is the difference between a tight timeline and a missed one.
